Cancellation policy
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before, and because nothing is taken when you book, there is never a refund to wait for.
The rule
Up to 24 hours before your hamam, you can cancel free of charge.
How to cancel
A WhatsApp message or a call to +90 536 603 75 84 does it: give your name, the date and, if you have it, your booking reference. The reply in which we confirm the cancellation serves as your record.
Inside 24 hours
Let us know all the same, as early as possible: the transfer and your places at the hamam have been planned, and an early message frees them for someone else.
Running late on the day
Call us rather than wait at the roadside. Transfers follow a plan, and a delay we hear about in time can sometimes be absorbed.
If we have to cancel
If your visit cannot take place, we let you know as early as we can, and nothing is owed on either side.
