Booking terms
A simple arrangement, in plain words: you reserve your places, we organise the transfer and the hamam, and the fare is paid on the day.
Who you book with
Your booking is made with Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB under No. 11294.
What a reservation is
Your booking reserves places on the Basic Hamam for the chosen date; no money changes hands online. The pickup time follows before the day — and should collecting you as booked prove impossible, you hear it from us before the day rather than on it.
What the price includes
- The transfer between your hotel, in one of the nine listed Side areas, and the hamam — there and back
- Sauna and steam room
- Kese scrub
- Foam treatment
- A basic aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes
Outside the fare: longer or different massages (the hamam offers them on the day at its own prices), drinks and refreshments, and tips.
Prices and payment
The fares: €20 per adult (11 and older), €10 per child from 4 to 10, and nothing under 4 — all paid on the day of your hamam. The total you see before confirming comes from the same fares the booking is stored with; should the two ever differ, the stored booking is what applies, and we would tell you before your visit rather than after.
Pickup and the hamam
From the listed areas the transfer is included. The exact collection time depends on where your hotel sits on the route that day; we confirm it before the day, along with where to wait. Please be there a few minutes early.
You are taken to the hamam selected for your hotel's transfer area; programme and price are identical whichever it is. A pickup from outside the listed areas is never accepted automatically — ask us first.
Health
The hamam is not recommended during pregnancy or with heart or circulatory conditions. If you are sensitive to heat or humidity, or under medical care, ask your doctor before booking and tell the hamam before your session. Keep the meal beforehand light and avoid alcohol. There must be an adult in every booking, and children take part with a parent.
If something changes
Should the visit become impossible as booked, we let you know the moment it is clear. Nothing is then owed by either side — no payment was taken, so none has to be returned.
Belongings
Valuables are safest left at your hotel. Swimwear stays on for the whole visit.
