Privacy
The short version: we keep only what it takes to collect you from your hotel and run your hamam visit, only the people doing that get to see it, and none of it is ever sold.
Who is responsible
The bookings and questions sent through this website are dealt with by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, holder of TÜRSAB travel-agency licence No. 11294. WhatsApp or a phone call to +90 536 603 75 84 reaches us.
What we record when you book
To book, the form needs a date, your hotel and its area, how many adults, children and infants are coming, a name and a phone number. It also lets you add, if you wish, an e-mail address, a room number, the language you prefer, a request for a same-gender attendant and a note.
- Name and phone — for confirming the pickup and for reaching you on the day.
- Hotel, area, room — so the transfer finds you.
- Date and party — to hold your places and calculate the price.
- E-mail, when you give one — for the written confirmation.
- Your note, when you write one — which may include what you decide to share about health or a child's age.
What we record when you send a question
Your name and phone number, an e-mail address if you add one, the hotel and date you are asking about, the number of guests if you give it, and what you write. We use it to reply.
Payment
This website never takes a payment and has no field for card details. The fare is paid on the day of your hamam, so your card never passes through us.
Who sees it
A booking goes to our booking system and to the people who make the visit happen — whoever plans your transfer and the hamam receiving you. We do not sell, rent or hand it to advertisers, and this site carries no advertising trackers from anyone else.
Measurement
To see how the site is used, we record page views and a handful of actions — starting a booking, finishing one, tapping WhatsApp — with measurement that runs on our own servers. It uses no cookies and builds no profile of you.
How long it is kept
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle your visit and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, and we will correct it or delete it on request. A WhatsApp message or the contact page will do — include your name and the date so we can find the booking.
Children
For children, the form only asks how many are coming. We learn a child's age only when a parent chooses to mention it in the note, and we use it for that visit and nothing else.
